Running Away

At any given moment. Or in a series of moments. Days. Or even weeks. We may feel self-doubt. Anxious. Afraid. Insecure. Uncertainty. We question our worthiness. Are we enough. Can we be worthy of having the life we deserve. We question what we really want to say. Or what we really don’t want to have to say. And we second guess

ourselves. Again. And again. But here’s the thing. All of those things. Every single negative thought we think about ourselves. And our worthiness. Is a lie. It’s a lie we are telling ourselves. And yes. Sometimes people can be unkind. But that unkindness is only a way to protect their heart and mind from the lies they are telling themselves. But here’s the thing. We can run away. Divert our attention. Ignore the truth. But each and every one of us. No matter what we look like. Or what our story is. We are responsible for how long we will believe in the lies we tell ourselves. We have the power to change our mindset. To come to a place where we are not running from what we think about. Rather we acknowledge the negative thought. We disagree. And we go back to what we were doing. Yes. By changing our mindset. We can stop running from what is in our head and we can start living the way we deserve. Because we are enough and we can do all the things we see in our dreams.
