Anyone know where January went? I am actually a little excited to put the first month of the year behind me. My running continues to improve. I am taking things one assignment at a time with my studies. And I have also made few personal goals for February.
I have decided to try another approach to being more organized with my blogging.
Mummy flying solo inspired me to designate certain days to posting. And I love the idea! So I will be posting on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday. I will be seeing what all of you pretty awesome people are up too in-between of course! Not having my blogging even somewhat organized has been nagging at me. This feels doable!
I am planning my race schedule for the year. Although I will wait until March to finalize things, I am still a bit gun-shy of allowing myself to believe my injury is behind me.
I am going to work very hard at not being so f-ing hard on myself. I actually started working on this yesterday and guess what? Apparently the world doesn’t end when I do not clean my house or do any laundry for one day. Imagine that.
And the last personal goal of mine for February is to try a new recipe each week. Things have gotten a little run-of-the-mill come dinnertime around here. Keep in mind, I am not one of those people who can take a-may-zing photos of food, but I might give it a try!
Today we are going to my sister’s house for a Superbowl party, my team isn’t playing, but it should be fun! I am off to prepare a few things before its time to go.
