I have said it before. But I will say it again. It doesn’t matter what you do to be active. The important thing is you are active in some way. Ideally a couple times a week. For me, running is my solitude. My happy place. My impossible that has become possible. And my reason to believe everything I see in my dreams will become reality. So lately when I lace up my running shoes it hasn’t been about how far I have gone. How fast I have gone. Or how far I need to go. No. Lately running has been about my love of running. The fact I can run. And seeing the hearts in nature that I believe, have lead me to where I am today.
So today. And every day. I am asking you to find your happy place being active. I don’t care if that means you take a 15 minute or a one hour walk. Attend a Yoga class. A Zumba class. Run one mile or seven. Just find what active means to you. Lace up and dream big. And I promise you. Your impossible will become possible.
